Online OSHA Construction Training for International Workers

Our 10-Hour International OSHA Construction course is 100% online and fully narrated. The interactive course explains OSHA standards for workplace safety and covers specific hazards found on construction worksites. This training places special emphasis on hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention.

International OSHA training ensures that high-quality safety and health training is available to every worker, regardless of their location. This course is designed for entry-level construction workers who are located outside of OSHA's jurisdiction, which makes them ineligible for OSHA Outreach training.

What Is International OSHA Training?

International OSHA training is designed to give workers outside of OSHA's jurisdiction access to high-quality OSHA safety training. According to OSHA regulations, workers outside of the administration's jurisdiction are not eligible to participate in OSHA's Outreach Training Program.

OSHA's geographic jurisdiction includes:

  • The United States
  • District of Columbia
  • American Samoa
  • Guam
  • The Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands
  • Wake Island
  • Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
  • Virgin Islands
  • Outer Continental Shelf Lands as defined in the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act
  • Johnston Island

While international workers cannot participate in OSHA Outreach training, OSHA Education Center's International OSHA courses provide equivalent training on OSHA standards for workplace safety and health.

Course Details for 10-Hour International OSHA Construction

Our goal at OSHA Education Center is to make sure every worker has access to high quality workplace safety training. That's why we created our online 10-Hour International OSHA Construction course to be convenient, effective and affordable for workers worldwide.

This course features:

  • Audio narration and interactive exercises
  • Real-life case studies
  • Study guides that you can download and print
  • Access to an OSHA course instructor for any questions

The course includes nine learning modules, each with a brief quiz at the end. You must score at least 70% to advance to the next section, and you have five attempts to pass each quiz. The training concludes with a 20-question final exam. You have an unlimited number of attempts to receive a passing score of 70% and earn your Certificate of Completion.

You must complete your training within 180 days of signing up for the course.

Immediately after you pass the final exam, you can download your Certificate of Completion. You will also receive a digital wallet card that you can print and carry with you to each jobsite as proof of your training history.
